Our pedagogy has been created by the staff here at BEST Nursery & Extended Services (Langford). Through discussion and reflective practice we have developed the pedagogy of our setting, which is how we educate our children and help their development. It encompasses a set of strategies used by our staff to enable learning to take place within the setting, providing opportunities for our children to acquire knowledge and skill, develop attitudes and dispositions as they move through their learning journey at our setting.
